A rich and flavourful balsamic where the sweetness of caramelised onion meets balanced acidity for a smooth, rounded taste. Produced in Modena using organic Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes together with onions from Lombardy — with no added sugar or colouring.

Perfect with grilled vegetables, cheese, risotto, salads, and marinades, or simply enjoyed with olive oil and fresh bread.
