R28 Sideboard

The R28 Sideboard, designed by Pierre Chapo in 1981, stands as one of his final and most distinctive creations. Following extensive research, Chapo developed the elevated plan for this four-door sideboard, marking a departure from his earlier works. Instead of highlighting complex joinery, the R28 emphasizes pure volume, crafted from broad, flat surfaces of solid wood that give the piece a striking architectural presence. Available in both single-sided and double-sided versions, it offers versatility while staying true to Chapo’s timeless design language.
