Bed One

Bed One, designed by Manuel Aires Mateus for De La Espada, has a quiet, considered form with beautiful functionality and detailing. Crafted from impressively scaled Douglas fir planks, the headboard is formed from only five wide boards, with the grain flowing seamlessly into the platform base. A minimalist shelf is integrated into the back of the headboard. This bed frame is available in two sizes.

Materials

European fir with a white oil finish. The platform base is black stained MDF with holes for air circulation.
