Caramel Sauce – Salt Licorice

This caramel sauce from Pärlans Konfektyr is a creamy and sweet caramel sauce with a lovely salmiak flavor. It suits perfect to serve heated with ice cream, but also with waffles and pancakes, to dip fruit and berries or as a filling in cakes and pastries. Handmade in Stockholm.
